Sometimes trying to get planning permission can feel like banging your head against a wall.

All of our advertised for sale sites have planning permission in place. This will set the parameters for the style and size of the house that can be built. In many cases, it will go further and specify the materials to be used.

Even where the Local Planning Authority has been very prescriptive you still have lots of flexibility on the internal layout and the specification.

Throughout the process, we are on hand to advise of potential issues and steer the process.

On larger sites, we often have agreed on design guides with the Local Planning Authority, these are useful guides to help explain what is possible on each plot. This, together with the plot passport, will give you a clear idea of what can be built on each plot.
