In all cases, access to the plot has been laid and available utilities laid to the boundary of the plot. It will be shovel ready with planning permission included.

For you, the buyer, this means that a start on site can be quick and easy.

In terms of utilities, we will lay to the boundary all available mains utilities, including telecom and broadband. On some sites the drainage is via a communal treatment plant and again this will be connected.

On sites where mains utilities are not available, for example where individual foul drainage is necessary (septic tank), then this will be your responsibility as the plot buyer.

The plot passport will provide further information on all of these aspects.

The advantage of buying a serviced site is that we have done the hard work with the utility companies and the highways departments.
