We appreciate that some people won’t know where to start when it comes to designing their home, so we have some starter housetypes to get you thinking. Any of these floorplans can be adapted to suit your needs and if none of them suit, we have lots more and would be happy to discuss them with you in more detail.

Phase one

Phase one at Wellbank consists of 18 custom build plots, ranging from three, four and five-bedroom detached houses and two and three-bedroom bungalows.

This is a unique opportunity to build your own home in a custom build community, complete with spacious plots, cycleways and pathways and access to a community hub which has a swimming pool and other facilities.
